  • How do you play?
    Gameplay depends on the game you play. For battle balls we have multiple games such as bubble soccer, last man/woman standing, protect the king/queen, bubble football, and the royal rumble. For Battle Archery, we play Combat Archery, also known as Arrow Tag. We will be available for questions at any time leading up to the event. At the booking event, we will explain the rules before we start.
  • What payment types do you accept?
    We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. For bookings: You must book at least a week in advance. Once you have reserved a date, you will receive an invoice to your email. The invoice will need to be paid by the due date on the invoice. If it is not paid by the date on the invoice, we will remove the reservation and open the time slot up to the public.
  • Does NC Battle Games provide a field to play on?
    No, the responsibility for reserving the field of play is the customers. We will bring the rental items to your location of choice. Please keep in mind that Battle Balls should only be played on mainly grassy areas or in a gym facility where there aren’t any sharp objects such as rocks, thorns, etc. Battle Bows can be played anywhere. Our preferred spaces are gyms but if your yard is grassy and big, we can bring it to you.
  • Do we need to provide anything
    You are responsible for reserving the venue. Any fee with reserving the venue is your responsibility. Please keep in mind we will need atleast 30 minutes before and after the schedule time to prepare and pack up our products.
  • When should I book my rental?
    We prefer you book a few weeks in advanced. The latest you can book your rental is a week in advanced. If you want to book on the week of the rental date, please email us at ncbattlegamesllc@gmail.com. If we are available for the booking, a $50 fee will be added to the booking total.
  • What happens if it rains?
    We understand that you cannot control the weather, therefore we can reschedule the event free of charge or refund your money.
  • Is it safe?
    Yes, it is safe. Our Battle Balls are designed for you to play with no worries as long as you follow the rules that we give you to play. The rules are designed for a safe gameplay. Our Battle Archery equipment is safe as well. We provide safety mask for our players to use. If a player does not wear the mask, they cannot play. Please visit our safety page to check out more information about the safety of the equipment.
  • Can I do a combination booking of Battle Balls and Battle Archery?
    Yes, this is called our Battle Games package. Please check out the book online link for more details.
  • Will I need to fill out a waiver?
    Yes. We require every participant to fill out a waiver. If you are under the age of 18, you will need a parent/guardian to sign with you.
  • If there is only a small number of us (4 or less) that want to play, can we still play?"
    Yes, please email us to discuss your options.
  • Will there be any leagues or tournaments?
    Yes, we will be creating leagues and tournaments for competition soon. Please subscribe to our website or our social media pages to stay up to date.
  • What should I wear?
    -Wear athletic gear including shoes. No cleats please. -Glasses are OK. Be aware that they could break while your in the ball. We do reccommend playing without your glasses - No jewelry, watches, piercings, or accessories. These can damage the ball. -Knee pads are ok to wear. -No hats.
  • What is the refund policy?
    For Apparel: No REFUNDS after a week of delivery. If there is an issue with the shirt, we encourage you to contact us within the first week of having the shirt. If it is after the first week, we will not honor any refund or remake request. For Booking: Refunds are free if the venue is outside and it rains or has rained. You can still change the date for free if the weather prevents you from playing on your scheduled day. For Cancellation: Please cancel your booking at least 24 Hours in advance. If you cancel between 12-24 hours, before start time, you will only receive half of your deposit back. If you cancel less than 12 hours before your start time, you will not receive your money back.
  • Is there an age limit?
    Our Battle Balls are recommended for the ages of 7 and older. However, it depends on the height and weight of the person getting into the ball. Our Battle Archery are recommended for the ages 12 and older.
  • Is there a weight limit?
    For our Medium/1.5m Balls, the weight limit is <200lb. For our Large/1.8m Balls, the weight limit is <280lb.
  • Is there a height limit?
    For the medium balls, we reccommend 5"2-6"2 For the large balls, we reccommend 5"10 and up. IMPORTANT: To avoid injury we highly advise having a 8-12 inch space above your head to the top surface of the ball. This is to allow you to flip over safely.
